Progressive Laboratories has introduced U-Tract Complete, a blend of D-Mannose, Cranbumycin and UTIRose hibiscus extracts for urinary tract health. This combination of ingredients creates an environment that is unfavorable for the proliferation of bacteria and prevents adhesion to the urinary tract lining. The company claims studies show excellent activity against E. coli (responsible for between 80% and 90% of urinary tract infections), Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans.
